1. Who we are

Creator24 is operated by Pactify Pty Ltd (“Creator24”, “we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us:

• Account details, such as your name, email address and password.
• Profile details, such as your niche, platforms, social handles, city, rates and the content in your media kit.
• Pitches, messages to brands, questions you ask the AI Manager, and messages you send our support team.

Information we collect automatically:

• How you use the Service, such as deals viewed, brands followed and pitches sent.
• Device and log information, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address and crash reports.
• A notification token, so we can send you brand alerts.

Payments: Pro subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of your subscription, but not your full card details.

3. Connected email accounts

When you connect Gmail or Outlook, we access your account only as needed to send pitches and follow-ups that you approve, and to recognise replies from brands to those pitches.

We do not sell your email data, use it for advertising, or let people read your emails except where you ask us to (for example, for support), for security, or where the law requires it. You can disconnect your email account at any time in the app.

Creator24’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use your information

• To provide the Service: your deal feed, brand alerts, media kit, AI pitching, follow-ups and AI Manager.
• To match you with brand deals that fit your niche, platforms and location.
• To process your Pro subscription and the Pro guarantee.
• To send you alerts, product updates and, where allowed, marketing (you can opt out any time).
• To keep the Service safe, prevent fraud and spam, and fix problems.
• To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
• To meet our legal obligations.

5. AI features

When you use AI pitching or the AI Manager, we process the information you provide, such as your profile, content and the brief, to write pitches and answer your questions. We may use trusted third-party AI providers to do this on our behalf. Our AI providers are Meta and Anthropic.

We do not use the contents of your connected inbox to train AI models.

You review and approve every pitch before it is sent.

6. How we share information

• With brands, when you choose to. When you pitch a brand, it receives your pitch and any profile or media kit details you include.
• With service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting, analytics, email delivery, AI and customer support. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and property of our users, the public or Creator24.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, with your information remaining protected by this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

7. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 7 days, unless we need to keep it to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or limit how we use it. You can also:

• Update your profile in the app.
• Disconnect your email account at any time.
• Turn off notifications in your phone settings.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than where you live. Where we do, we take steps to make sure it stays protected as required by applicable law.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know in the app or by email before they take effect.
